NYC Lab Diamonds is a lab grown diamond showroom at 30 West 47th Street, Suite 806, in the Diamond District. We sell engagement rings, loose lab diamonds, wedding bands and fine jewelry, and we show every piece in person, by appointment, with the price and the report in front of you.
What we do
We help people choose lab grown diamonds with their own eyes. Most of our clients come in with a budget, a few screenshots and a lot of questions. They leave knowing what they are looking at: why one stone looks brighter than another, what the grades on a report mean, and where the money makes a visible difference.
How we work
Prices shown first
Every piece on this site has a starting price. In the showroom, we give you the full price for the exact stone and setting before you decide. There are no prices made up on the spot.
A report for every center stone
Each center stone comes with an IGI or GIA grading report that states it is laboratory grown. We give you the report number so you can look it up yourself. Read more about IGI certified lab grown diamonds.
Stones chosen by eye
Paper grades are a starting point, not the answer. When you ask for stones, we look at them first. We check how bright each one looks from the top, where any inclusions sit, and whether the shape is even. Then we put the three to five best on the tray for you.
No pressure
We work by appointment so nobody is rushed. You can compare, try rings on, ask the same question twice and go home to think. A good choice takes time, and a ring is worth that time.
Why lab grown diamonds
A lab grown diamond is a real diamond, grown in a lab instead of mined. It looks and wears the same as a mined stone and usually costs far less for the same size and grade. For many of our clients, that means a larger stone or a finer color within the budget they set. If you are still deciding, read lab grown vs natural diamonds.
